Ro'eh Tom Flores & Myriam
Board Member
Yeshua El Pan De Vida founders Tom and Myriam Flores were high school sweethearts in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and have been married for over 25 years. Tom studied under Ron Warren, as well as Torah Class and other ministries. He and Myriam began an in-home fellowship and Torah study class, which was officially organized into Yeshua El Pan De Vida, Inc. on March 16, 2014. Ordained by Seed of Abraham Ministries, Ro’eh Tom has lovingly and faithfully led Yeshua Bread of Life since its inception, in addition to serving as a guest teacher to multiple congregations throughout the Sefardic diaspora. Myriam is always available to help Tom in ministering to the community’s needs while also caring for her family by looking after two grandchildren.
Ron Warren Messianic Pastor
Board Member
Ron Warren, an ex-atheist, is a long-time student of both the Bible and the histories and traditions of the Jewish and Church faiths. He is particularly adept at helping Messianic believers understand the Bible by defining the meaning of keywords, phrases, and teachings that are not apparent from a ‘casual’ study of the Scriptures. Ron is the Executive Director of Torah Life Ministries, which ministers and educates teens, new believers, pastors, lay people, and has a rapidly growing prison ministry and Bibles for Pastors Overseas Project. Ron and his wife have been married for over 50 years.

Harold and Maria Pinzon
Board Member
Harold, from Colombia, and Mercedes, from Argentina, have been members of Yeshua the Bread of Life for over 5 years. In the congregation’s worship, Mercedes contributes as a vocalist, while Harold accompanies on guitar and assists in directing the praise team. Harold also holds a position on the board of directors. Outside the congregation, he works in a bank, and Mercedes has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. They have shared over 15 years of marriage and have three children.
Dr. Douglas A. Wheeler
Board Member, Ph.D.,Th.D.
Dr. Wheeler earned a Ph.D. from California Graduate School of Theology, as well as a Th.D. from Florida Theological Seminary. He is the pastor of House of Study (Beit Midrash) in Pocahontas, Arkansas, and the Moreh at Kehillat Yisrael in Sherwood, Arkansas. He is also the founder and President of Kidron Christian College and an adjunct professor of Legacy College.
Pastor Oscar Salinas

Pastor Oscar Salinas has served in ministry for over two decades, originally coming from the church. He has been married to Ana Salinas for 23 years, and together they have six children.
His mission extends throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, empowering believers to reconnect with the Jewish Messiah and build bridges with the Jewish people.
Andres Frances
Board Member
A devoted husband to Lilian Herrera and father to two daughters. He is committed to both professional and communal responsibilities, striving to contribute meaningfully to our congregation.
Professionally, he is working in construction as a superintendent and holds multiple certifications, including a provisional Building Inspector license, a Real Estate license, an insurance adjuster license, and an EPA certification.
He is a Hebrew student and a teacher for several years…

Kelly Dones
Administrative Assistant
Kelly Ann is a multi-generational native Floridian. Her previous work experiences include missionary work, educator, dorm mom, cook, customer service specialist, event organizer, bookkeeper, and business assistant. This varied experience provided the perfect training ground for HaShem to teach Kelly Ann the skills and knowledge needed to effectively serve as the administrative assistant for Yeshua Bread of Life. Her husband, Bobby, assists as the Technical Director for YBOL.
Adianez Perez
Chazzan
Adianez Perez shares her passion for Messianic Jewish learning in everything that she does. She has been ordained the official Chazzan at YBOL. She is also an educator for the Orange County School Board. Adianez has achieved the degree of Bachelor of Liturgical Studies from Kidron Christian College and Seminary. She loves Sephardic Jewish music, prayer, and song-leading. Her natural G-D given talent enables her to lead our congregation with ease while providing a beautiful liturgical experience for the entire community
